Our Team

Sara Frankenberger, MA, MEd RCC CCC

Sara is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (BCACC, RCC # 19100) and Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCPA, CCC #  10007643) with over 12 years of experience in child and youth care and mental health. Sara has a BA in Psychology and MA in Education from SFU and M.ED in Counselling Psychology from UBC. 

In her work, Sara draws from a range of approaches including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), solution-focused therapy (SFBT), narrative therapy and motivational interviewing. She has experience working with clients from all walks of life, supporting them with struggles ranging from communication and relationship difficulties, to anxiety, depression, ADHD, ASD and substance use. She has extensive experience supporting youth and young adults. 

Sara is fluent in German and English and an approved provider with ICBC, CVAP, BCEHS and FNHA.

Stephen Blaxland, MPT 

Stephen is a registered physiotherapist. He completed a Masters in Physical Therapy (MPT) from UBC in 2014 and has extensive experience in concussion rehabilitation, chronic pain management, home health and rehabilitation.
