Our experience enables us to offer effective outpatient, individualized, mental health counselling and physiotherapy care. Our counsellor Sara is able to provide support for a number of mental health challenges and provide a neutral ground to help you work towards your mental health and wellness goals through virtual and in-person services. Our physiotherapist Steve specializes in chronic pain, concussion management, active rehabilitation and home health.
Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.
We promise to walk alongside you in your journey. Our goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
